Base coat Sibel . Le base Coat Sibel assure une meilleure adhérence de tous les vernis à ongles. Il empêche la décoloration de l’ongle naturel. Application : Une fois avoir nettoyé votre ongle avec le primer Sibel, appliquez une couche de base Coat. Laissez sécher puis procédez à la pose du vernis. Contenance : 14ml
